Cambridge English and Studyportals continue their shared support of international student mobility
Cambridge Assessment English and the global education information platform, Studyportals, have been collaborating since 2011 in helping students choose courses that match their academic and professional aspirations. Recently, the two organisations carried out another collaboration which ran from August 2016 to July this year.
Together Cambridge English and Studyportals continue to harmonise in their ambition to connect students with the best programmes all over the world and to give them the tools they need to succeed. By empowering students with not only the right qualifications but also the information they need to study at universities, these two organisations continue to lead the way towards education transparency and better student mobility.
Mark Hurrell from Cambridge Assessment English explains: ‘We help people learn English and prove their skills to the world, and by working with Studyportals, we can really show students how they can benefit from a Cambridge English Qualification. By pooling our expertise we’re really able to increase accessibility to universities that give students a boost and encourage international student mobility.’
Edwin van Rest, from Studyportals, added: “International education plays an important role in today’s globalised world, and by working together with Cambridge English we want to empower even more students to follow their dreams and go study abroad. Our aim for this year is to ensure universities are able to reach students who are the best fit for their classrooms, and one way of doing that is ensuring students are able to match the right admission requirements, including English language skills.”
More than 20,000 universities, employers and government agencies worldwide recognise Cambridge English; since 2009, Studyportals been helping students everywhere find the right courses at leading universities and business schools around the world.
