I joined the Client Success team in May 2018, to help with campaign implementation, monitoring and optimisation through various activities such as: coordinating with the regional sales teams, reporting to clients and advising on ways to improve results, developing and nurturing relationships with university representatives and more.
With a B.A. in Marketing and a Masters’ Degree in Marketing Management from the Academy of Economic Studies, I chose the path of a (Qualitative) Market Researcher, due to the innate curiosity about human behaviour. Having also been a student volunteer, I fondly remember how work never felt burdensome when the final goal was to help students alike. Thus, I now embark on a new journey within Studyportals to satisfy the need to “be around education again”.
To successfully replicate the client service skills honed as a Market Researcher in the digital environment, for the Education Industry.

The most exciting part about being in the Studyportals team is the chance to catch a glimpse of so many cultures, otherwise difficult to access.
Favourite Listed Programme
Falling into the “dreams” category for now, it has to be the M.Sc. in Behavioural Economics at City University of London, since it could provide answers to all the questions I have and also those I haven’t even thought of yet, regarding human nature… in my favourite city in the world 🙂
Getting lost in a good book, taking long walks, cooking, board gaming with friends, roller-skating and playing tennis – all of these while listening to music 🙂
