Job summary/responsibilities: Pamela is passionate about shaping the experiences of Higher Education Institutions, in their quest to successfully recruit international students. She is responsible for client satisfaction and growth, by improving our services and delivery to our clients in the education sector. Pamela is the internal ‘voice of the customer’, listens to our clients and explores improvement opportunities in the client journey.

General Introduction/Background

Pamela has a background in International Business and Marketing. She joined Studyportals in 2018 and has worked as an Account Advisor in the EMEA region before joining the University Marketing Team, in her role of Client Experience Manager. Her philosophy is to make every day count.
