  • Build a network of engaged university administrators to increase data quality, engagement with Studyportals

  • Lead projects to optimise data accuracy and awareness in special data items (recognising tests from our test provider clients)

  • Strive towards having a relationship with a growing amount of the universities on our platform

General introduction/background

Delia is a weird combination of an adventure seeker and a comfort lover. She studied Journalism and Communication studies at the University of Bucharest, working all this while in customer service (starting from being a call centre agent to becoming one of the team’s quality coaches)

She started working for Studyportals as a fresh-grad in 2015, when she joined the Client Success team as a Campaign Manager. After working in the Bucharest office for one year and 4 months, she decided to have her own life-changing international experience, so she took up a job in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Her experience there was eye-opening, as she was exposed to new cultures, new ideas, new experiences, climates and cuisines. The Studyportals mission and values became clearer in this new and diverse environment, so she decided to return and embrace the new job role of University Engagement and Data Quality Specialist.

Key challenge

Delia’s key challenge is to make sure our collaboration with our test provider clients is a success by engaging as many university administrators as possible improving our data quality.

Personal Goal

Delia’s personal goal is to never stop finding things that make her amazed.
